Sunday update

Now that we are out of the danger zone, we are resting a bit better. Lydia had a rough morning with stomach problems and couldn't keep her breakfast down. She has since gotten her medicine and is resting comfortably (if that's possible). This is the first day that the pain has really gotten to her - so I know this week will be tough.
As I sat in church this morning, I was again overwhelmed by the blessings our family have received. From good friends packing and driving Lydia's car home from Atlanta, to food, flowers, cards, and prayers we are so thankful. We will continue to keep all of you in our prayers also.

Audrey,
Know it's good to have both the girls together. When they feel like it, they can keep each other entertained.
Know that we love all of you and continue to pray for you!
Love, Zo and all the Cochran Family

I have been wanting to leave a comment since the first update but have not been able to figure out how to do it. However I am a fellow Memphis Corps member and Lydia has been in my prayers and thoughts at all times. From the first time I met her I knew she was a kind soul and willing to give so much of herself to the cause. I have been blessed in meeting her and am soooooo glad that she is gettin better and is at home now. Prayers of strength go out to the family as they are helping adjust and keep Lydia comfortable.~~Miss Brittany Monique

Lydia, Broken bones can really hurt and there is no way to forget broken ribs as one must keep on breathing. This, too, shall pass and one day you will be able to cough and sneeze again without agony. Isn't it funny how we think we'd love to lie around in bed for a few days until we HAVE to, and then the idea doesn't seem so hot after all? But do lie there for now and rest and know how many people love you and are praying for you. God is healing you every minute and and you will soon be well.
Love to you and all the family,
Aunt Margaret Ellis

I just heard about your daughters today at school. I am so sorry this has happened, but I am so thankful they are healing nicely. I guess this will be an a summer you will not soon forget. I just wanted you to know I'm thinking of you and that I am praying for all of you.
