Update - good news 4:00 CST

Great news! Lydia will be getting a private room soon. The orders have been put in and we will let you know a soon as we have a number. The CT scan came back clear and everything is moving right along. She is really talking and even joking a little with her friends. She commented that she was sorry, but she wouldn't be doing the stomp anytime soon seeing as how her legs are out of commission. She is not as disoriented and cannot wait to watch movies or listen to her music. She is excited to receive cards and pictures. She has been released for a liquid diet, which is great & might be able to move to solid food soon. Looks like there will be no more surgery & all of her bones will heal with time and therapy.

Audrey,

That past 2 posts have been so promising and uplifting. The Winnataska news chain is working and there are so many people in Birmingham praying for all of the Jost family. We will continue to pray throughout the rest of both girls' recovery time.

Wow... I just heard about everything that has happened and it just proves how powerful prayer and friends from Winnataska can be! Lydia, Ginny, and the josts i am praying for you all and I hope that you all can keep on simling. But since you are one of the happiest families i have ever been around I know at least one of you can smile and cheer the others up! I will continue to pray for you all and try and give Ginny a call whenever i am back from Canada! The Lord knows no boundries and He creates miracles.

Its great to hear you are recovering so quickly!! When I first met Jeremy he told me his sisters were 2 of the most amazing girls in the world.... I thought he was being a little biased, but NOW, I know, He's RIGHT!!!! You Jost Girls are absolutely amazing!!My family and I are still praying for you and yours! I cant wait to see you and Ginny hobbling along side by side, or better yet... creating some new dance moves to make crutches look cool!
